Can you do a same-day turnover with a 4pm check-in?
Usually, if it's on the calendar the night before. We're 20 minutes up I-4 from downtown Orlando, so we run the north properties in one block.
Do Seminole County rules change anything for my cleaning?
Not the cleaning. Seminole runs its own tourist tax and there's no City of Orlando home-share registration, but your association's minimum lease term may push you toward monthly clinician stays. We service those differently than nightly turns.
