Lakefront houses on the Conway chain are a different animal than a downtown condo. A turnover here isn't just beds and baths — there's a pool deck, screen enclosure corners, an outdoor kitchen someone grilled in at 11pm, and a dock with wet towels left on it. We check the boat lift and any jet-ski storage too. Guests leave things there.
This is its own city with its own code, separate from Orange County, and neighbors report nightly-rental activity quickly — so what we service around here is mostly 30-day and seasonal. Fewer turns, heavier ones. We photograph damage before we touch it, restock, swap linens, and send the report the same day. Hoffner backs up at Cornerstone drop-off, so we schedule around it.

Do you clean the pool deck and dock, or just inside the house?
Both. Outdoor areas are part of every turnover we do here — deck, enclosure, outdoor kitchen, dock and lift area. Guests judge a lake house on the water side first.
Can you turn a place same-day between a checkout and a check-in?
Yes, with the checkout time in our calendar. We're about 12 minutes from MCO, so late arrivals off a flight are the normal case, not the exception.
