Same-day checkout-to-check-in is the usual ask. Fresh linens ride in with us. Consumables get restocked to your par list, and damage is photographed before we leave, so your claim window isn't wasted.
What's different about turnovers in Fern Park
I'm in Seminole County, not Orlando city limits. Does that change anything?
Not the cleaning, but it changes who you answer to. Orlando's home-share registration and Orange County's tourist tax rules don't apply the same way here. Seminole County and your condo association set your terms, and plenty of associations impose a minimum lease.
Can you get into a gated community without me there?
