Those programs start monthly, so the furnished 30-to-90-day stays land on the same predictable rhythm, and we can hold a turn slot weeks out. The rest is UCF and Research Park work — contractors twelve minutes east on University Blvd who check out early on a Friday and leave a fridge full of takeout.
The housing stock is mostly 1960s-80s ranches and small duplex clusters off Goldenrod Rd, which means wide lots, older tile, and blinds that need wiping instead of dusting. We build extra time into a first clean on those. Linens go out and come back on our own rotation, so a same-day turn doesn't depend on your washer. Damage gets photographed before we touch it — timestamped, wide shot plus close-up, ready for a claim.

Not for the cleaning. North of the line you're under Seminole County, south is Orange, and the rules you follow differ — we just note which side you're on in your file so our reports match the county you answer to.
Can you turn a unit near the 417 interchange on a same-day checkout?
