Wet towels on a dock cleat, a cooler of melted ice sweating on the carport slab — standard checkout on the Lake Fairview side after a weekend of boat-lift guests. We photograph the dock and the lift the same way we shoot the interior, because that's where a damage claim gets won or lost. Sand comes out of the tile before it grinds in.
Off the water the pace is different. Guests in these 1950s block ranches near Edgewater Drive are here for Advent Health, the Packing District, or a quick I-4 run, so stays run a week or a month rather than two nights. Heavier laundry, real restocks, no tidy Sunday reset. Linens come in through the side door and the carport — almost nothing here has a garage.
Turnovers between Lee Road and Lake Fairview
My driveway is single-lane. Where does the crew park?
One vehicle in the driveway, nothing blocking the neighbors. On the tighter 32810 streets we stage supplies curbside and walk them in.
Do monthly guests still need a full turnover clean?
Yes, usually a longer one. Thirty days leaves worn linens, empty consumables, and appliance buildup, so we budget extra time.
