Two suitcases still in the hall, a coffee maker half full, and a conference badge on the counter — that's a normal Maitland checkout for us. The stays here run long. Thirty days and up, mostly, because of the office park off Maitland Boulevard at I-4 and the medical crowd working out of AdventHealth Altamonte. Corporate guests don't trash a place. They do notice a grey pillowcase, a scuffed baseboard, or a fridge that still smells like someone else's leftovers, and they say so in the review.
So our turnovers here lean heavy on finish work: hotel-grade linen swaps with backup sets staged on site, real restock counts, and photo documentation of anything that came out of a long stay looking worse than it went in. The older lake homes around Sybelia and Lake Maitland add a step — screened porches, dock furniture, and pollen that gets everywhere in spring. We build that into the clean instead of pretending it isn't there.
Long-stay turnovers between Winter Park and I-4
My guests stay 30+ days. Do you still do a full turnover?
Yes, and it's usually a bigger job than a weekend flip. Long stays mean built-up grime, a fuller fridge, and linens that have been through real use. We schedule extra time and swap the full linen set rather than spot-treating.
Can you clean same-day when a checkout and check-in land together?
Usually. We sync to your booking calendar so back-to-backs show up on our schedule automatically, and Maitland's a short run for our crews already working Winter Park and Altamonte.
