Stairs and the total lack of service parking are what eat the clock. We restock from the plazas on OBT on the way in. Yes — most of our Oak Ridge work is monthly. Longer stays need a deeper reset (appliances, vents, grout) rather than a fast linen flip, and we price it that way.
Can you turn a unit the same day if checkout is 11 and check-in is 4?
Usually, if it's on the calendar. Tell us the building and floor when you book — a third-floor walk-up with no loading spot needs a wider window than a ground-floor condo.
