Off Chickasaw Trail, the houses backing onto the Rio Pinar fairways are mostly 1960s and 70s ranches — terrazzo floors, a Florida room out back, a screened cage over the pool. Good stock for furnished monthly stays, and a little more work at turnover than a newer build. Oak leaves and pollen drift onto the lanai screens between guests.
Guests around here are usually working. Travel nurses finishing contracts at AdventHealth East Orlando, visiting staff over at Valencia College East. Unincorporated Orange County means the 30-day minimum applies. We treat it as a proper turnover: full linen swap, restock, dated photos of any damage before the next check-in, and same-day work when one contract ends Friday and the next starts Saturday.
Turnovers on a Rio Pinar golf-course rental
Do you clear the lanai and pool cage between guests?
Yes. Leaf drop off the mature oaks is the complaint we hear most, so the cage and pool deck are part of the turnover, not an add-on.
Can you turn a house between back-to-back monthly stays?
We can. Sync your calendar with us and we'll take the checkout window the same day — linens, restock, and photos of anything the last tenant left damaged.
