The houses here are small — 1960s concrete block, no garage — and that works in your favor. A same-day back-to-back turn is doable when the whole unit is under 1,200 square feet.
Street parking only, so our vans sit on the curb, unmarked and quiet. Owners here keep a low profile with the neighbors, and we don't change that. Linens go out in a sealed bag, restock gets checked against your list, and we photograph any damage before we leave.
